In a meantime, we're currently still a simply online store. Here is the provisions of our shop policies :
1. Ordering
Always make sure to order the right product. To assist you with this, a complete information available in each product gallery. You can email us at toysparadiseid@gmail.com or contact us at +62857-0835-6149 to make sure the product you want is still available.
2. Shipping
Your order will ship in 1-3 days. If for some reason this is not possible, we will contact you and offer another solution. Delivery is by mail. For your information, we are located at Indonesia. Please consider that shipping fee are excluded from figure price.
3. Payment
We just received a payment with PayPal and bank transfers. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the price of the product. Your order will be processed after the payment has been received. Please contact us if you have any questions!
4. Refunds & Returns
Returns are not offered except if the product shipped was a wrong or a broken one. If we can't ship the product that you want, we will do a refunds as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail and we will work out a solution so that you are satisfied with your purchase.
